Leapman House

The central brief for this residential design project in London was to seamlessly embed a modern architectural addition within a lush, deeply established garden environment. The focus of this exterior architectural visualization is a dark, slatted pavilion—complete with a subtle green roof and skylight—that acts as a quiet, unobtrusive backdrop to the vibrant, layered landscaping and towering mature trees.

A primary technical challenge in creating this 3D rendering was the accurate scattering and organic layering of the dense, highly detailed foliage. Achieving a true photorealistic rendering required meticulous attention to how the dappled sunlight filtered through the dense upper canopy. Utilizing Unreal Engine, the global illumination and shadows had to be carefully calibrated to ensure the dark, slatted facade maintained its textured depth, while the vibrant greens of the lawn and the delicate purple vines retained their natural translucency and saturation.

The resulting exterior visualization effectively captures the tranquil, secluded atmosphere of the property. By highlighting the harmonious integration of wild organic landscaping with precise structural elements, this rendering provides a compelling, true-to-life representation of a serene urban retreat.
